Touch down at Anvers, a newly opened, elegant estate known for its commitment to exquisite cuisine and premium wines. Here, you’ll be welcomed into the dining room for an exclusive feed-me experience, where a carefully crafted multi-course menu awaits. Each dish is designed to showcase seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, celebrating the best of the region with expertly paired wines to elevate every bite.

After lunch, your journey isn’t over just yet. Board your private helicopter for a final breathtaking flight, offering sweeping views of the hills, vineyards, and countryside on your return to Strathalbyn.

The Finer Details

Cost: $990pp 

Experience Duration:  3 hours 

Timing: 11:30am – 2:30pm 

Experience Dates: We operate 7 days per week. 

Flight Route:  Start your journey from Strathalbyn and take a scenic flight to Anvers in Kangarilla and then another scenic tour back to your starting location.  

Pick up / drop off location: South Australian Helicopters (optional extra at checkout for departure from Hahndorf)

Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled experience start time 

Note: Slight variations to the experience may be made dependent on weather.  

What you need to know... 

·      A maximum individual weight of 136kg, maximum combined weight of 3 passengers is 270kg. 

·      We can accommodate groups of 2-6 people. Our R44 seats 3 passengers, so for bookings of 4 or more, we will operate with 2 trips to each location, with 3 passengers on board each flight. 

·      We fly with the front doors off! Pending the weather, we always fly with our doors off, as we’ve found that the open-air flight adds another level to the experience! If you’d prefer to fly with doors on, please let us know a minimum of 24 hours prior to your departure date. 

·      We are able to provide Adelaide Airport and Hahndorf helicopter transfers, with this being an add on cost at check out for relevant experiences.  

·      We can also provide recommendations for car transfers, as we do not include transfers to the starting location as part of this experience, unless it is selected as an add on option at checkout or you email us to arrange this direct. 

·      We are able to provide a custom price for accommodation pick up and drop off for your experience, as well as longer flights or personalised experiences. Please email info@southaustralianhelicopters.com.au

·      Please read the terms and conditions of our flights prior to booking. In booking, you agree to these terms and conditions and will also be sent an electronic waiver upon booking confirmation that is required to be complete prior to your departure.
